Moscow Cooperative Bakehouse

All sorrows are less with bread.

When the former Panhandle bakery space came open, the Co-op saw a rare chance: meet a real community demand for artisan bread while carrying on something the town already loved. In 2018 they negotiated the lease, bought the remaining equipment, and folded a full artisan bread program into the bakery. I handled how that story reached the community, from the brand and the photography to the press that announced it and the events that brought people through the door.
