Rooted Magazine

Grown in Community

The Moscow Food Co-op produces a quarterly publication for its shoppers and community members in the Inland Northwest. While Rooted provides tips and tricks for cooking and grocery shopping, it also draws reader attention to the unique stories of resilience and growth within the food system in the area. The Palouse is a unique agricultural zone, and by connecting shoppers to their local farmers/producers and small businesses Rooted Magazine works as a physical piece of marketing collateral to create community. Rooted is distributed to more than 120 locations in eight cities on the Palouse.
